Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled up for a full refund, within 12 hours of order placement.
- You can cancel your order by sending an email along with your Order Id & the email address used at checkout to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request.
- Unfortunately, Once order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and no refund will be offered.
Our policy lasts 4 weeks for US customers and 6 weeks for non US. If 4 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (non-US) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
- If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the full purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product. We would also love to make you a cup of coffee to say sorry but some things just aren't possible.
- We don't take returns, so shipping costs can’t be refunded if there is any (Mostly included in the price it self). That’s fair, right?
- No full refunds, if the purchased product or item is not faulty and, as is, as you have ordered. We will refund the remainder amount after excluding the handling and shipping charges. Taxes will be included in your refund if charged at checkout.
IMPORTANT: NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE ENTERTAINED, IF YOU DON'T PROVIDE THE EVIDENCE AND REASON FOR REFUND REQUEST.
